William "Billy" Stroud

President and Founder

Billy founded the company in 2000 and it was incorporated as Quality Mechanical Contractors, Inc in 2004. He has over 30 years experience in HVAC, refrigeration, piping, welding, fabrication, maintenance and mechanical contracting. His business philosophy is simple – provide exceptional customer service and quality craftsmanship, all at a fair price. Billy enjoys fishing, hunting, four wheeling and of course; his grandchildren.

Paula "Penny" Stroud

Corporate Secretary

Paula has been involved with the company from the beginning and is active in the office. She and Billy have four children, and three grandchildren who spend lots of time visiting. She enjoys spending weekend respites with her husband in the Ozarks and gets Billy away as often as possible.

William "Peewee" Stroud

Senior Project Manager

William has been with the company for five years, he was ten years old when he started doing residential heating and air conditioning with his dad. He recently enrolled in college for mechanical and architectural engineering. He enjoys hunting and fishing on the weekends and also likes to collect guns.

Kellie Richardson

Office Manager

Kellie joined Quality Mechanical four years ago, and has been the office manager in all her previous jobs. She takes care of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, certificates of insurance, workers’ comp and all the other clerical needs of the office. She has been married for ten years and has three children.

Virginia "Trisha" Richardson

Marketing Manager

Trisha has been with the company since 2007, and is the Marketing Manager. She spends much of her day talking directly with other general and sub contractors and plant maintenance managers. She is in charge of all marketing and sales. She has been married for nine years and enjoys spending time with her husband and baby boy.
